What happened yesterday was yesterday. One should always look to the future and not the past. Therefore, I shall not post anything about yesterday except we went bowling to celebrate our beloved Preston's 16th birthday. Hope you had a fun and memorable birthday.
Today, woke up around 12 plus and quickly brushed my teeth, showered and packed my stuff neatly. Had a few calls from Eugene and Wymer to hurry me to meet them for bowling. We were supposed to meet at 1 at White Sands but in the end, I told them to go EHub first and meet them there. Those present were Preston, Jia Ding, Eugene, Moses, Wymer, Chimp and me. All of them are more handsome than me. That's for sure. I was also the worst in bowling. Preston can curl his ball and is accurate ; Jia Ding's ball is straight and also accurate ; Eugene throws unpredictable shots ; Moses' ball bangs down the bowling pins hard for strikes ; Wymer the powerful bowler ; Chimp does his pro monkey stunts. After bowling, we went Fish and Co.
Then, they came my house, supposedly to have CNY dinner. They received red packets from my parents, containing 4 dollars each. My family is not very well-off so can't afford to give more money. My sister's and brother's friend's were also around. My friends and my brother's friend, Darren Seah, played Blackjack betting 1 dollar per round. During that time, Aaron said he's not coming because we were going LAN. Qin Xian also didn't come because of the same reason. Shervin was not coming because he was coming after his basketball training and it ends at 9. He wanted to stay overnight at my house but nobody else was staying so I told him not to come. Before hanging up the call, i apologised to him..hope he heard it. My sister's two friends ate and went home. They said goodbye to my sister, waved and smiled at me. Hey, maybe that's because they thought i was cute. Our friends ate and they all went to play LAN together. Eugene's father was fetching him for some CNY visiting so he couldn't come with us. Jia Ding, Moses, Eugene and I waited for Nicholas to come, have his dinner and go play with the others. Jia Ding was not playing with us so Nicholas decided to stay and accompany Jia Ding while waiting for us to play finish our game and return. We played Left 4 Dead and Dota and my team lost 2 matches because of me again. I let my team down. Why is it always me that is the rotten apple? After that, called Jia Ding back because he called me a few times but i had off my phone. He and Nic scolded me saying I pang seh them. It was already 10 and I have yet to take the MRT back. Heard from my sister that they returned home around that time. All who were played LAN returned home from there. On the train, I asked Chimp if he had opened his red packet. He said not yet but knew that 4 dollars was inside. I said sorry if it's too little. He replied No..where got? 4 dollars 10 people jiu 40 dollars liao leh. Hey Chimp, it's really nice of you to say that because you are trying to confort me. Thanks.
Reached home and had some reflection. I realized I was a little selfish and did not think of others before me. Maybe I should have planned better so it could have been more fun-filled. Also, Jia Ding and Nicholas, sorry that I made you guys wait so long for me to return. I am not a good friend and you guys can do whatever you want to me if it makes you feel better. Sorry guys.
May today be forgotten and tomorrow be created.
